City of Monticello Monthly Water/Sewer Utility Rates

 WATER RATES:

Inside the City Limits:

                $8.11   Inside City Base Charge

                   Plus $1.62 per hundred C.F.

 Outside the City Limits:

                $10.13  Outside City Base Charge

               Plus $2.02 per hundred C.F.

SEWER RATES (Based on 85% of Water Used):

Inside the City Limits:

                $19.47  Inside City Base Charge

               Plus $4.89  per hundred C.F.

Outside the City Limits:

                $24.33  Outside City Base Charge

                Plus $6.11 per hundred C.F.

TEMPORARY WATER/SEWER SERVICE:

$30 for 7 days

UTILITY DEPOSITS:

$145  Residential – Water/Sewer

$110   Sewer Service Only

$75   Water Service Only

$25     Irrigation Service Only
