The Monticello City Council will conduct a special meeting on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. The meeting will take place at 11:30 a.m. at City Hall, 245 S. Mulberry Street, Monticello, Florida. Topics of discussion include review of a feasibility study for sewer extension to the Waukeenah area and emergency purchase of a monitoring system for city facilities. Other operational, budget, and policy issues may be discussed.
We have been made aware that a third-payment payment company has contacted a few city utility customers attempting to enroll these customers in a third-party payment program. This e-mail did not originate with the City. If you have any questions about your utility billing or payment options, please call the Utility Office at 850-342-0291.
Help Wanted: The City of Monticello is seeking applications for a Collector in the Solid Waste Department. Essential Duties include collection and disposal of solid waste from residential and commercial properties. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalency.
