Frequently Asked Questions

How could I have used this much water?

You could possibly have a leaky toilet or faucet that's difficult to detect, or you may have a break in the water line serving your home. Just call the office and we'll work with you to solve the problem.

When is my bill due?

Utility bills are due on or before the 10th of the month.  If not paid by the 10th, a 10% penalty will be added to outstanding balances.  On the 20th day of the month, customers who have outstanding balances from combined current and prior billings will have water services discontinued, and a fee of $20 will be charged to resume service after payment of all monies due.

What do I do if I am experiencing low pressure?

Check your meter and the surrounding area for possible leaks. Next, call our office at 850/342-0291 and report low pressure for your area.

Why is my water discolored?

A repair could have been completed recently allowing air to enter the line, causing the milky look.  Flushing of your lines inside the home should quickly eliminate water discoloration.
