If a person wishes to appeal any decision made by the City Council, with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings; and, for such purpose, he or she may ened to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Because of the uncertainty of the meeting formats, and because of potential continuing effects of the COVID19 pandemic to the health and safety of the general public, city staff and Council Members, the public is advised that official meetings of the City Council and other Boards are subject to short-notice cancellation, continuation and/or rescheduling of dates, locations or formats.

Updated meeting information will be posted on the city website in the most timely manner possible.
