City Council Monticello has a modified city-manager form of government. The City of Monticello has 46 employees (not including the Police Department) and supplies local water and solid waste collection services. The City Council meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 P.M. City Hall is located next to the Police Station at 245 South Mulberry Street. |
